What is your primary product or service?
The long term management and yearly rental of single family, town homes, condos and multi-family properties. In addition we do provide a watch service for out of area property owners.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We try to treat people the way we would want to be treated. We try to respond to problems as quickly as possible and try to keep costs to a minimum but properly maintain the properties in the process. We climb on roofs, through attics and under the floor if necessary so we can provide pictures to property owners of problems so they can see and better understand what the problems is, how to best fix it and what the cost to resolve the problem is going to be. We are not just rent collectors. Owners pay what we are charged for repairs. We pass on any discount we receive from the vendors we utilize. There is no add on fee or administrative charge and they get the actual bill from the vendor when it is paid with the monthly statements. All vendors are local licensed and insured with workers comp or the exemption of which this company retains current copies of. We do regular inspections to be sure the tenants are maintaining the properties properly and have not obtained an animal or otherwise violated the terms of their agreement.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one single office location and no plans of expanding to a second location at this time.

Our office is located at 154 South Peninsula Drive in Daytona Beach. It is just north of the intersection of South Peninsula and International Speedway Boulevard East on the beach side.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check, money orders and certified funds. We are in the process of reviewing online payment companies to expand payment options.
Which areas do you service?
The greater Daytona Beach and surrounding area including Ormond Beach, Holly Hill, Daytona Beach, South Daytona, Port Orange, Wilber by the Sea and Ponce Inlet.

What are your hours of operation?
9-12 & 1-5 Monday thru Friday. There is a 24 hour, 7 day a week answering service for emergencies.
