Halifax Historical Museum is a Museum located in the old 1910 Merchants Bank building in Historic Downtown Daytona Beach, Florida. It is dedicated to preserving artifacts going back 2,500 to 5,000 BC. A visit to the Museum includes an historic timeline and artifacts of the early Halifax Area, Timucuan Native American artifacts, a Racing Zone, famous local people exhibits, a 20 minute movie, and vintage toys. The Museum is open 10:30 am - 4:30 pm, Tuesday through Friday and 10 to 4 on Saturday. Current admission is $5 - adults, $1 - children 12 and under.
