What is your primary product or service?
We are attorneys who represent people who have been injured or are the victims of other people's carelessness or unlawful acts. We handle injuries arising out of automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical negligence, nursing home negligence and abuse, legal negligence, defective and dangerous products, defective and dangerous drugs defective and dangerous conditions in residential and commercial buildings and disputes with insurance companies over claims that are unfairly denied.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
First, we are one of the few personal injury law firms based in Volusia County that practice in the area of medical malpractice, legal malpractice and nursing home abuse. I believe we are the only law firm in Volusia County that practices federal criminal defense.
Second, our clients have much greater access to Kent and I as opposed to the mass marketing firms that must depend on case managers (non-attorneys) to handle their claims.
Third, we are one of only two personal injury law firms that is family owned and operated.
